《鍼灸師の未来が危ない⁉︎》
こんにちは。SHOです！
突然ですが、現在の日本で鍼灸師の人口はどのように変化しているかご存知ですか？
知っている方も多いとは思いますが、2006年から2016年の10年間で厚生労働省のデータによると、鍼灸師の数は増加傾向にあります。

しかし、実際に資格を取ったあとに、鍼灸師として働いているのは1～2割と言われています。
これはとても悲しい現実ですね。理由としては色々とありますが、「鍼灸師ではお金が稼げず、将来が不安だから、、、」という意見が多くあります。
せっかく鍼灸師として、多くの方を健康に導くことができて、他人の人生を変えることができる資格があっても、それを活かさないのは残念なことです。
それに3～4年間の時間と約500万円の費用をかけて取った資格を使わないのは、とても勿体ないですし、同時に私たち鍼灸師が業界の未来を魅力あるものにしていくことへの使命感を感じています。
また、日本での鍼灸の受療率（施術を受ける割合）は7～8%と低位を推移しており、2013年は5.6%、2014年には4%台まで落ち込んでいました。
更に開業3年以内に廃業する鍼灸院は8割を超えると言われています。
一方、海外では鍼灸への関心は非常に高く、鍼灸師としての地位も確立されている地域も多くあります。
国によっては医師と同等の立場で認識されており、鍼灸が国家資格になっていたり、その国の医師免許を取得する必要があることもあり人々からの信頼も厚いです。
また、海外では未病予防の意識が高く、食事管理や運動はもちろん、代替医療のひとつとして「鍼灸」を利用していることも多いです。
鍼灸業界はまだまだ伸びしろのある、大きな可能性を持つブルーオーシャン（チャンスの多い）マーケットであると考えています。
そこで、今後の鍼灸師の道しるべとして日本での鍼灸への受療率を上げるとともに、海外へのルートを確立し、可能性を拡大していくことが私の使命だと思っております。
また、海外を目指す鍼灸師のために、今後さらに多くの《鍼灸師のための英語ツール》を記事に上げていくので、ぜひ活用して一緒に鍼灸師の未来を作っていきましょう‼︎

Hello, I am SHO !!
はじめまして。SHOです！
“夢を持つ若者よ集まれ！！”
って、ちょっと意味わかんないですよね。。
でもこれがこのブログの全てなんです。
お前誰やねん！って皆さん思っているのではないかと思うので、簡単に自己紹介します。
1992年生まれ、福井県出身のSHOです。
高校を卒業してから現在まで大阪に住んでいます。
大阪に心を売ってからは、エセ関西弁がたまに顔を出しますが、みなさんそこは広い心で受け止めてください！
国家資格である鍼灸師（しんきゅうし）を取得し、大手の整骨院グループで責任者として務めたのちに起業しました。
現在はLifeonce.Japan（ライフワンス ジャパン）の代表として、関西を拠点に活動しています。と、僕のことはここまで。
